    The NNY Gamblers are committed to offering a program focused on the development of individuals,
    equally as productive citizens and as hockey players. Our goal is to provide individual support for all
    players in dealing with all school, billeting and hockey related issues. We are also committed to the social
    aspect of the individual’s life outside the game of hockey.

    All players committing to the Gamblers and its program will have equal opportunity to develop and improve
    at the game of hockey while striving to achieve academic excellence.

    The NNY Gamblers Will Provide the Following
    Educational Assistance and Tutoring
    Paid Road Game Expenses (travel, meals & hotels)
    Team Apparel
    On and Off IceTraining (which includes)
    Weightlifting and Cardiovascular Training
    Plyometric and Calisthenic Training
    Stretching Exercises
    Blade Mill Skating Machine Training
    3 - 4 On Ice Practices Per Week


    Billeting
    The NNY Gamblers Junior ‘A’ hockey team is looking for families to take in players for the 2011-2012
    season.

    As a member of your household, the players are expected to maintain their own rooms and laundry.
    Occasionally the players may have to look after their own meals. Some players are still in school and the
    others are encouraged to find part-time work and/or take college courses or on-line classes.

    The age of players ranges from that of high school age up to 20 years of age.
    The hosting family will receive financial assistance from the team and season tickets to attend Gamblers
    home games.

    This is an excellent opportunity to make new and lasting friendships and become part of the Gamblers
    hockey family.
